Palisade History 100 years ago: Continental Oil Company Installs New Station

Palisade Tribune Nov. 9, 1923 p. 4

The Continental Oil Company has just completed their fine distributing station in Palisade and they can now give the Palisade patrons the same price on oils as any other place in the county, 17 cents for kerosene; 20 1/2 cents for gasoline.

The plant cost the company $5,000, and Olaf Nelson is the manager.
